I have spent 30+ years in retailing, most of that time in the, relatively, simple area of traditional face to face selling.
Latterly however I was responsible for setting up e-commerce sites for my businesses.

I used to be a site owner that had to juggle all the usual stuff required of anyone running a small business with making sure my website was being seen, was working properly, was secure, and profitable. Needless to say, most of this work was done in the evening, on days off or at the weekend when I should have been relaxing!

I am now in the happy position of being able to do all the tweaks and amendments as my job. Having practiced on my own businesses, I can now advise others on what to do and (more importantly) what not to do.

I have set up e-commerce sites using several different platform and all had advantages and dissadvantages. Because of my retailing background, I can advise you on what is most likely to work for your business.
